All pieces may vary slightly from the picture because of the nature of using pearls and gemstones and every piece being handmade.
Turnaround Time
My current turnaround time is 1 week. Many orders are shipped within a few days, but allow up to a week for your order to ship. If your order will be delayed beyond a week, you will receive an e-mail from me. Please note, custom orders have separate turnaround times, depending on the nature of the order.
Shipping
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. If you would like to downgrade your order to USPS First Class Mail (a good idea for international customers!), leave a note in the PayPal message box when checking out or e-mail me right after ordering. I will refund you the shipping difference.
If you need your order within a day or two, you can also purchase the “Upgrade to Express Shipping” listing from the shop. Your order will then be moved up to the top of the pending list, filled right away, and will be shipped via USPS Express Mail.
Custom Color Option
Many of my pieces have a “Custom Color Option.” If you would like a different color combo than what is listed, you may chose this option and have a custom design, at no additional charge. Please e-mail me before ordering this option so I can approve your color option and/or combo.

Gift Certificates
To redeem a gift certificate, or for the recipient to redeem it, all you or she has to do is include the gift certificate number in discount code box when checking out. Alternatively, you or she can leave the gift certificate number in the message to seller box when checking out and I will refund the gift certificate amount after the order is received.
Refunds
Usually, we do not offer refunds. However, if your piece arrives damaged, please e-mail me and we can work something out.
All my pendant necklaces come on a chain. If you would prefer just the pendant (you have a chain at home you would like to use), leave a note in the PayPal message box when checking out or e-mail me right after ordering. I will refund you the price of the chain.
Lifetime Guarantee
I offer a lifetime guarantee for workmanship. If damage occurs because of how the piece was made, please e-mail me and I will repair your piece. Please note that darkening of your piece is normal over time and is not covered under this guarantee.
